Quality review is part of the learning design process and encompasses three sets of quality standards:
- instructional design,
- web design (technical review)
- course presentation (final review)
These standards serve as tools for guiding course development and as checklists for final quality assurance. CTET also engages in action research to update the standards and to find better ways to work with faculty and others to create quality online and blended courses.
